Queen City ISD said, “See ya later!” to longtime district employee, Rebecca Lincoln last week. Mrs. Lincoln served the district for 40-plus years and impacted the lives of hundreds of kids. Those at QC ISD wants to wish her a Happy Retirement, Mrs. Lincoln and say they will miss her.
With all the current restrictions because of Covid-19, teachers at J.K. Hileman Elementary have had to get creative with their instruction. Last week, students in second and fourth grade took a virtual field trip to the theater to see “The Safety Circus”. Sponsored by SWEPCO, the National Theater for Children presented a virtual lesson in electrical safety through an interactive web platform.
