Arguably the most exciting season in Lady Bulldog softball history ended last Saturday with a heartbreaking loss to Mt. Vernon. This year’s team of mostly underclassmen made school history by advancing to the Regional Semifinal round of the Texas State Softball Playoffs.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the State track meet wouldn’t be the same without Atlanta on the scene.
Bloomburg’s softball team won a Regional Quarterfinal championship last weekend after beating Neches in two games, 14-4 and 5-3.
