Water, sewer, street repairs
During this time of shelter in place, many are taking advantage of this time to complete projects around the home. Cleaning out closets, repairs, yard work, and many other tasks that, before this unprecedented time, were placed on hold due to work, school, and everyday life. Indeed, it is with this slowing down of daily traffic that has proven to be very beneficial to those who maintain Linden’s water lines, sewer lines, and streets.
Jesus popped out of that grave to change lives
I’m in the “okay, now what” camp. Easter has come and gone, okay, now what? What I’m saying is what real difference has the life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus made in our lives on a daily basis. And what I’m really saying is how is Easter impacting you today?!
Weekend storm causes damage
On Saturday night, a storm swept through Cass County causing some minor damage. Fallen limbs and debris littered about. However, no major damage has been reported in Linden. The most significant damage was two trees blown over onto the train tracks that run through Atlanta.
SWEPCO One Voice #2 Easter Sunday storm
At 10:30 a.m. Monday, approximately 45,300 customers remain without power after three waves of severe storms with high winds and lightning swept across SWEPCO’s service territory on Easter Sunday.
