Cass County Judge Becky Wilbanks signed a continuation of her Disaster declaration on Wednesday, which orders Cass County residents to Shelter at Place of Residence. This order will continue through Apr 30, unless otherwise extended or terminated by further order of the County Judge.

Undercover chalk artists sent a colorful message to the staff at Queen City ISD last week expressing their appreciation for everything the staff is doing to provide for the educational and nutritional needs of the Queen City students. Wreck
On Tuesday morning, on FM 2791 and FM 96 near Antioch Baptist Church, a vehicle moving North (West) on FM 96 lost control when turning left onto FM 2791 and struck an oncoming vehicle. A passenger in that vehicle was air-lifted to a Texarkana hospital with serious injuries.
