Phoebe Alora Neff graduated last fall from Texas High School. She is going to A&M Texarkana in the fall where she received the President’s Scholarship. Several other awards and things of note include Magna Cum Laude; Member of the BB Lawson chapter, National Honor Society; Member of Quill and Scroll International Honorary Society for High School Journalists; Member of H Ross Perot STEM Academy; Distinguished Achievement Program; Texas Scholar; National Scholastic Press Association Honor Roll; Editor-in-Chief of the Tiger Times; and Member of Model United Nations. She is the daughter of Brittany Law Weeks, who also graduated in the fall from college, and Atlanta resident Bruce Law.
