Atlanta’s Daimion Collins lands 14th offer
Daimion Collins is near entering his junior year at Atlanta High School and the talented basketball player has been garnering attention from several colleges.
Collins recently landed his 14th scholarship offer from the University of Southern California (USC) and already holds offers from the University of Texas, Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA), the University of Houston, Texas Christian University (TCU), Southern Methodist University (SMU), the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), Tulsa, Louisiana Tech, the University of Arkansas, Baylor and Texas A&M.
He has taken unofficial visits to the University of Houston, SFA, the University of Oklahoma, the University of Texas and will be visiting Texas A&M this week.
The 6-foot-9, 190-pound Collins is rated the No. 83 overall prospect, the No. 10 center and the No. 8 recruit out of Texas, and was selected to a Nike Elite 100 camp in St. Louis where he had a great time and learned alot.
Collins will also play in the Nike Peach Jam this year which takes place July 10-14, in North Augusta, South Carolina at the Riverview Activity Center.
