The Sons of the American Revolution welcomed their new East Texas Chapter on January 15. The meeting/swearing-in was held Saturday afternoon here in Atlanta.
Charles Brooks, Jr., originally of Atlanta, TX and currently residing in Dallas, TX, is on the run from authorities after cutting his ankle monitor. Brooks is an Italian-American, height reported between 5’6”-5’8”, approximately 160-170 lbs., brown eyes, slender build and heavily tattooed.
