Man arrested after hunting incident in Cass County

An area hunter was arrested after a shot from a 12-gauge shotgun injured a member of the threeman hunting party in Cass County, said Shawn Hervey, Texas Game Warden Daniel Abston, 57, of Naples, Texas was arrested and charged with deadly conduct, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana, and tampering with evidence, according to law enforcement officials.
