A new queen is crowned in the 2018 Little Miss Fine Arts Revue
The Fine Arts Club presented its 38th Annual Little Miss Fine Arts Pageant Saturday, May 5, at the First Baptist Family Life Center on Allday St. in Atlanta.
Last year’s reigning queen, Akiara Patterson, passed down her crown to Maci Lloyd.
Lloyd, age 11, is a student at Atlanta Middle School. Her hobbies include reading, writing and volunteering at senior citizen bingo at the First Baptist Life Center, and her career dream is to become a teacher. She was escorted by LaRandien Dowden. Her club sponsor was Barbara Davis.
She is the daughter of Felicia Lloyd and Charles and Barbara Davis.
Alasia Patterson placed second in the Revue. She was escorted by Ja’Koryn Love.
Alliyah Powell earned third place in the Revue. She was escorted by Joseph Johnson.
The other contestants were Addison Sloan, escorted by JaQuan Johnson; Staci Nelson, escorted by Jayden Davis; Jalyssa Beltran, escorted by Treizaak Peters.
Four $1,000 scholarships were awarded to deserving high school seniors from surrounding schools.
