The Cass County Genealogical Society of Atlanta, Texas, due to the “Governmental Restrictions” placed on the people in Cass County because of the Coronavirus outbreak will cancel all of its scheduled meeting for the month of April.

You will always find people who are helping,’” It is during these uncertain times that helpers are needed most. The world looks to them for wisdom, kind words, inspiration, and a sense of safety and security. They are the doctors, nurses, and paramedics, working on the front lines of a pandemic. The police officers, firefighters, and first responders working to keep citizens safe. The cashiers, restaurant workers, and the delivery drivers working to maintain a sense of normalcy. However, there are also those who work behind the scenes, see the beauty in the little things, and want to share those little things with a city they love.
