The ability to have a license to carry a weapon is a privilege, especially with so much crime and violence in today’s society.
Paul and Loretta Cothren of LTC, provided a two day class to educate, enrich and encourage those interested in having a license to carry, the steps needed to do so. Originally 10 hours of instruction, was condensed down to four and a half hours of lecture, videos, scenario reenactments, field shooting, and finally, testing.
