In the New Year, many resolve to live a healthier lifestyle. Be that incorporating exercise into their daily routine or just eating healthier meals.
Indeed, the convenience of fast food may seem to make eating healthier a challenge. For those who work and are limited on their lunch time, fast food can’t be beat it seems.
However, one couple is here to challenge that notion. Regina Gonzales and her husband Alex opened Delicious Delights in July of 2019.
The café is very unique, in that Gonzales only sells food items that are gluten free, sugar free, low carb, and Keto and diabetic friendly.
And, if you are in a hurry, they have a convenient drive through so you can skip the fast food and have a healthy breakfast or lunch that was prepared fresh and is also healthy.
Delicious Delights is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 3 pm.
They will also be open after hours for those who attend the Heart and Soul Fitness class, which is located right next door.
Delicious Delights is located at 613 US Hwy 59 in Queen City.
