Adoption is love

The date of August 3, 2018 is one forever etched in many hearts for the Harvey family.

This special day is one that changed the life of little Ethan Harvey. On this day, Tina Harvey fulfilled her dream of being a mother. Tina decided to devote her life, time, energy and most of all heart, all to give Ethan a wholesome, loving family.

Welcomed with open arms, Ethan has many family members who have been there through the adoption journey. His journey began in Greenville, Texas, with Judge Kelly Akin, and ended in Linden.

There are so many children, not only in Texas, but nation and worldwide, who are in need of caring, stable homes. Many are in the Child Protective Services, waiting on their turn.

Tina encourages her community, “Anybody with love and who will welcome any race, CPS is a great place to become a foster parent and adopt. The adoption process is a rollercoaster, full of ups and downs, but love held us up. This was 100 percent worth it.”
