Queen City High School’s varsity tennis teams competed in the UIL District 14 - AAA tennis tournament held on Mar. 28-29. All the matches were played at Liberty-Eylau High School tennis courts.
Clare Wong won a district championship in girls’ singles and qualified for Regionals, Vincent Wong won a district championship in boys’ singles and qualified for Regionals and Luke Moore placed third and is a first alternate for Regionals. The boys’ team was District 14-AAA runner up squad. The Regional varsity tennis meet will be held in Tyler Apr. 11-12.
