Queen City Lady Bulldogs’ golf team wins district

The Queen City Lady Bulldogs’ golf team placed first in the District Golf Tournament at Oak Grove Golf Club last week and advanced to the Regional Tournament in Bullard at Oak Hurst CC on Monday, Apr. 19 and Tuesday, Apr. 20.
Claire Bates was the individual champion, Lauren Carrell placed third, Halle Worthington fourth, Allyson Hamilton fifth, Aubrie Kiser eighth and Rylee Blythe ninth.
