Out with the old, L-K upgrades weight room

Linden-Kildare AD Kyle Freeman had spoken about the need for much-needed upgrades to the L-K weight room. This past week new weight benches, weights and racks were installed. The flooring has been upgraded and air conditioning is on the way.
