The varsity tennis team participated in the district tournament held on Apr. 22-23 in Hallsville.
The girls’ team won the overall team championship.
The regional qualifiers will travel to Franklin, Texas on May 10-11.
The individual results are listed as follows – Girls’ Singles: First Place - Hannah Snow (Regional Qualifier), Third Place - Zoe Ngatzu.
Girls’ Doubles: First Place - Rylee Burns and Carley Hays (Regional Qualifiers), Third Place Lacy Johnson and Hannah Wall.
Mixed Doubles: First Place - Cade Bynum and Lindley Vickers (Regional Qualifiers), Second Place - Jackson Stebens and Charis Minson (Regional Qualifiers).
Other members of the tennis team include: Cadin Johnson, Jon George, Max Belford, and Ethan Churchman.
