Lee’s opponent changes for UFC Vegas 42

Andrea Lee was set to fight Jessica Eye on Nov. 13, at UFC 42 in Las Vegas inside the UFC

APEX, but a couple of weeks ago Eye pulled out of the fight citing health issues.

Since that time Lee, ranked 12th in the women’s flyweight division, has been assigned a new opponent in the form of Cynthia Calvillo who is ranked fifth.

Lee’s last fight was a big win over Antonina Shevchenko at UFC 262 where she finished off

Shevchenko with a triangle-armbar.

Calvillo is on a 2-match losing skid with her last defeat coming at the hands of top-ranked Jessica Andrade.
