Lady Rabbs on a roll,winners of 11 consecutive contests

Atlanta’s volleyball squad has been on a roll.

The Lady Rabbs have amassed an 8-0 district record and have won 11 consecutive games dating back to Aug. 30. vs. New Boston

On Sept. 27, the Lady Rabbits went into the Lady Lion’s den in New Boston and showed everyone who really does maroon better.

The Lady Rabbs won by scores of, 25-15, 25-14, 2624.

Kaylon Partain posted 32 digs, four aces, and four kills, Carlajah Adger added 12 digs, Rylie Patillo recorded 17 assists and 10 digs, Ziza Garcia had 13 assists and three aces, Kym Sheppard had 11 kills and 10 blocks, Maya Young added nine kills and seven blocks, Sabriiyah Young had seven kills and six digs and Annemarie Hanner posted 10 assists and eight digs for Atlanta. vs. Hooks

A few days later, on Sept. 30, the Lady Rabbs took on Hooks and swept the Lady Hornets by scores of, 25-14, 25-22 and 25-23.

Kaylon Partain had 23 digs, and four kills, Carlajah Adger had 13 digs, Ziza Garcia recorded 11 digs and two aces, Kym Sheppard had seven kills and four blocks, Amaya Young added 11 kills and four blocks and Rylie Patillo had five digs and 13 assists. vs. Pewitt On Oct.4, Atlanta topped Pewitt in four sets, 25-5, 22-25, 25-18, 25-21.

Rylie Pattillo put up 18 assists and one kill, Kym Sheppard had 14 kills and four blocks, Annemarie Hanner added 14 assists and three aces, Sabriiyah Young had six kills and one block, Kaylon Partain recorded nine kills and 42 digs and Jaliyah Brown had five kills, one block and one ace.

The JV Maroon team won by scores of, 25-21, 2125, 25-8.

Chantoya Hurd had eight digs and two kills, Cait- lynn Bailey added four blocks, Aleesha Parkman posted seven digs and four aces, Emma McCall had nine assists and six digs and Elliana Edwards posted nine assists and four digs.

The JV White team won by scores of, 25-17, 18-25, 25-12.

Ashlyn Webb had eight digs, Emma McCall had seven assists and nine digs and Kayden Allen added six assists and two kills. vs. Redwater

On Oct. 7, the Lady Rabbs ran its district record to 8-0 with a four-set win over Redwater by scores of, 25-15, 25-15, 20-25, 25-10.

Kym Sheppard had 12 Kills and five blocks, Keymya Smith added eight kills and two blocks, Sabriiyah Young had nine kills and one ace, Kaylon Partain posted three kills, 23 digs, and one ace, Carlajah Adger had 12 digs and one kill, Ziza Garcia had nine assists and two aces, Rylie Pattillo recorded 10 assists and one ace, Annemarie Hanner had 13 assists and Madison McCoy added eight assists.
