Lady Longhorns finish regular season as undefeated district champs

McLeod wrapped up an undefeated district slate Jan. 29, with a, 63-31, win over Rivercrest.
After the championship victory the Lady Longhorns and Head Coach Casey Schubert cut down the nets.
McLeod (16-4, 12-0) had a, 36-11, lead at the half and never looked back.
Ella Lambeth destroyed the baskets and secured a double-double as she racked up 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, Cary May added 18 points and Kaitlyn Cross poured in eight points.
The Lady Longhorns also received 2-point contributions from Chassie Gryder, Stormy Johnson, Sibbie comer, Rielyn Schubert, Regan Johnson, Gracie Lance and Kenslee Cross.
