Atlanta vs. Liberty-Eylau
Atlanta hosts longtime rival Liberty-Eylau this Friday night for Homecoming.
The two teams have been battling one another since 1960.
Only twice in the history of this rivalry has there been winning streaks.
The Rabbs won seven straight between 1995 and 2003 and the Leopards won five straight from 2007 to 2011.
The series is pretty even with Atlanta holding a 29-27 lead.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
Queen City vs. Frankston
Queen City will host the Frankston Indians this Friday night.
The two teams were scheduled to meet for the first time ever last year but the Indians had to forfeit due to COVID-related problems.
The Bulldogs lost a heartbreaker to Quitman this past Friday night and look to boost its record to 3-1 with a win over Frankston.
Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m.
Linden-Kildare vs. James Bowie
Linden-Kildare had to cancel its meeting with DeKalb last week due to the school district shutting down for a week.
This week the Tigers host James Bowie who beat Overton last week 40-6.
L-K has dominated this series. Last year the Pirates canceled its bout with the Tigers.
The only win for the Pirates over L-K came back in 1952 and the Tigers are not in the mindset of letting them have a second win overall.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
