Rabbits
On Apr. 22, the Atlanta Rabbits beat DeKalb 8-4. Dylan Spears gave up two hits and struck out three batters in three innings of work, Will Woodruff scattered four hits over three innings of relief with two Ks and Nick Burden gave up no hits and struck out a batter in one inning of relief on the hill.
Dex Ebarb hit a single, a triple and brought in two runs, Ty Graf hit a single, a double and had a RBI, Burden and Peyton Harrison hit singles and had one RBI apiece and the Rabbs received single-hit contributions from Spears, Ashton Harper, Brennan Gaston and Adrian Kennington.
On Apr. 26. The Rabbs finished off district play with a 12-5 win over New Boston.
Will Woodruff, Nick Burden and Cooper McClure all shared time on the hill.
McClure had a day at the dish as he hit a triple and had five RBIs, Woodruff hit a single and a triple and had three ribbies, Ty Graf had a couple of hits, Dex Ebarb had a hit and a RBI, Peyton Harrison and Adrian Kennington both had two hits and a RBI apiece, Brannan Gaston, Easton Owens and Clay Waldon each hit singles and Dylan Spears hit a single and had a RBI.
The Rabbs will face Harmony in the Bi-District round at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 6, in a one-game playoff match at Mt. Pleasant High School.
Tigers
On Apr. 26, Linden-Kildare topped Rivercrest 7-3. Maysen Lemmon scattered six hits in seven innings, Logan Hankins broke a 2-all tie with a single in the bottom of the fifth inning and Carter Foreman went 3-for-3 at the plate. Jonathan Owen, Asher Wells, Jackson Lee,
Jonathan Owen, Asher Wells, Jackson Lee, Hankins, Kyler Fitts, and Trey Phillips all had one hit apiece.
Bulldogs
On Apr. 19, the Bulldogs beat New Boston 5-4.
Rylee Green gave up no hits in three innings with five strikeouts, Aden Norton gave up a hit and struck out two batters in 2.2 innings of work and Clayton Whittenberg gave up a couple of hits in an inning with a strikeout.
Reggie Harrison hit two doubles and had two RBIs, Whittenberg added a hit and a RBI, Green hit a single, Brayden Wiley hit a single, Kaden Satterfield hit a couple of singles and Norton had a hit and two RBIs.
Lady Rabbs
On Apr. 27, the Lady Rabbs faced off against a tough Mount Vernon team and lost 11-5.
Jordan Hodge struck out six in seven innings from the circle, Tori Clayton hit a single and a triple, Cara Taylor hit a homerun, a single and had two ribbies, Valerie Mason added a RBI, Sydni Davis hit two singles, Hodge hit a single, Jade Albertson hit a RBI single, Sabriiyah Young hit a single and Hannah Wall hit a single.
On Apr. 29, the Lady Rabbits finished its Bi-District series with Mount Vernon.
Atlanta bowed out of the playoff picture with a 21-1 loss to the Lady Tigers.
Jordan Hodge scattered eight hits and Valerie Mason gave up two hits and struck out two.
Mason and Sydni Davis hit singles and Kinlee Hamilton hit a solo homerun.
