Bloomburg’s Lady Wildcats’ basketball program battled Overton and Linden-Kildare on back-to-back days.
The Lady ’Cats dispatched Overton 44-16 on Dec. 4, with freshman ballers Jacee Glasgow and Cassie Glasgow tossing up 14 points and 11 points respectively.
Haylee Breedlove added nine points of her own.
Dec. 5, the Lady Wildcats topped L-K 44-21.
Cassie Glasgow scored 17, Jacee Glasgow nine and Haylee Breedlove added eight which included two treys.
MUMS
Queen City Middle School’s girls’ basketball program took on Redwater Dec. 7.
The seventh grade won 13-6 with Kerian Thomas scoring seven points and the eighth grade team won 26-8 with Brenna Turbeville posting eight points.
