Bloomburg
The Lady Wildcats thumped Yantis, 55-28, on Feb. 8, and sealed up a district championship in the process.
Bloomburg outscored the Lady Owls, 17-5, in the first quarter, and never looked back as they built a, 25-13, halftime lead.
A commanding 30-15 run in the second half locked down the championship for the Lay ’Cats.
Cassie Glasgow put up a team-high 25 points and had five steals, Jacee Glasgow added 12 points with five steals of her own, Haylee Breedlove recorded nine points with five steals and six boards, Kaleigh Glasgow had five points and three rebounds, Katie Mote had three points and Kenzie LaDuke had one.
The Lady Wildcats met up with Campbell in the first round of the playoffs on Feb. 15.
McLeod
On Feb. 7, the Lady Longhorns torched Clarksville, 64-21, in front of the home crowd. McLeod had a, 36-12, lead at the break and went on a 28-9 run in the second to complete the victory.
Ella Lambeth was in “beast mode” as she turned in a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds, Regan Johnson added 11 points, Rielyn Schubert put up nine points with four assists, Stormy Johnson had seven points, Kenslee Cross recorded six points and nine boards, Srah Ragland posted six points and Chassie Gryder added three points.
On Feb. 8, the Lady Longhorns wrapped up an 11-1 district run and back-to-back district championships after topping Rivercrest, 32-22.
McLeod had a, 15-9, advantage at the break and outscored the Lady Rebels 17-13 in the second half to seal the 10-point victory.

The Lady ’Horns battled Como-Pickton on Feb. 14, in the Bi-District round of the playoffs.
Queen City
The Lady Bulldogs celebrated Senior Night on Feb. 8, and topped off the evening with a tough, 59-55, win over Redwater.
Queen City’s leading scorer was senior Nyla Harrison with 15 points. Jamecia Cook and Mallori Stringer both added 13 points for the Lady Bulldogs.
