Atlanta secures, 8-4, win over Tigers

Atlanta’s baseball team put up back-to-back 3-run innings en route to an, 8-4, win over Texas High Mar. 6.

The Tigers took a, 1-0, lead after the first frame but three runs by the Rabbits set the score at, 3-1.

Texas High added another run in the second but Atlanta widened the lead at, 6-2, after a nice 3-run third.

T-High made it, 6-3, after adding a run in the fourth. Atlanta scored one each in the fourth and fifth innings to seal the win.

Cooper McClure was 3-for-4 with two RBIs, Jackson Warren was 2-for- 3 with a double, Brennan Gaston was 2-for-4 with two RBIs, Kale Carpenter collected a couple of singles, Jack Teale had a hit with three RBIs, Will Woodruff had a hit and Nick Burden added a single.

Dylan Spears pitched a complete game for the Rabbs.
