AMS Rabbits take three from DeKalb Bears

On Jan. 25, Deondrae Simmons ripped the nets for eighteen points as Atlanta pulled away from DeKalb 44-26 in the eighth-grade contest. Jordan Henderson added eight points, as the Rabbs improved their district record to 5-2.
The Bears got the better of Atlanta in the seventh-grade game by scoring thirteen points in the fourthth quarter, ultimately prevailing 30-24. Aiden Shields led the Rabbits with nine points.
Both B games went the Rabbs’ way. 8B was led by Braylon Cook, nine points, and Easton Riojas, six points, as the Rabbits defeated the Bears 26-4. 7B won by a margin of 24-7, with Heath James and Cordemion Roquemore netting six each.
