RHONDA KAY NEAL

Rhonda Kay Neal, age 54, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 31, 2021 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. She was born October 22, 1966 in Casper, Wyoming. She attended the Cowboy Church in Atlanta, Texas and was a member of Calvary Tabernacle in Queen City for many years.

Rhonda is survived by her husband of 21 years, Robert; her parents, Benny and Judy Moore of O’Farrell, Texas; sister, Lisse McBride and husband Lyle of O’Farrell, Texas; brother, B.J. Moore and wife Lori of O’Farrell, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She also had family and friends in Casper, Wyoming.

Rhonda was a wonderful cook, artist and musician. She loved the Lord, Jesus and her family and friends. Her heart was tender towards all animals, especially her pug, Suzie.

We believe she is in her heavenly home, giggling, while holding a puppy, kissing it on the mouth, ears and everywhere else. Her Father God knew just how to make her welcome and feel loved once and for all time.

Graveside services were at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, at O’Farrell Cemetery, with Tim Brown officiating.

Visitation was from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Hanner Funeral Service.
