KATHRYN COPELAND

Kathryn Price Copeland, age 93, originally of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord, January 29, 2021 in a Royce City, Texas adult care facility. She was born on July 27, 1927 in Cass County, Texas to Scotty and Brady Daniel Price. Kathryn was a member of Tanglewood Missionary Baptist Church and loved old gospel music.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Curtis Copeland; son, Larry Copeland; daughter, Peggy Camacho; three brothers, Scotty Price, George Price, Danny Price; two sisters, Emma Ruth Bobbit and Doris Faye Morrow.

Kathryn is survived by one son, Charles Copeland and wife Susan of Forney, Texas; one daughter, Fayeleen Copeland of Forney, Texas; one sister, Betty Satterfield of Longview, Texas; one daughter in law, Marsha Copeland of Linden, Texas; six grandchildren, Wayne Copeland and wife Dee, Eric Camacho, Chris Camacho and wife Paula, Shuree Simmons and husband Lamar, Kathy Alice Duncan and husband Bubba, Curt Copeland and wife Holly; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Graveside services were at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 1, 2021, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, at Smyrna Cemetery in Harelton, Texas, with Bro. Gary McNatt officiating.

Visitation was from 6:00 p.mm to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021 at Hanner Funeral Service.
