LEWIS FELIX FRANK March 20, 1951 - April 22, 2026
Lewis Felix Frank passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 75 in Atlanta, Texas with loved ones by his side. Felix was born on March 20, 1951, in Atlanta, Texas. He graduated from Atlanta High School in 1969 and Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He had a long career in the concrete and insurance industries before retiring. He was a lifelong Methodist and was a member of First Methodist and for the last decade Laws Chapel Methodist Church. He loved football, particularly the Texas A&M Aggies and he loved to tell old stories…usually about playing high school football or running around with his childhood friends while growing up in Atlanta. He was an avid reader and was a frequent visitor of the local library. He loved his sons more than anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bernie Lewis Frank and Lois Tackitt Frank.
He is survived by his sons, Jared Frank and husband Larkin Page of New Orleans, LA, and Joseph Frank of Atlanta, Texas. He is also survived by brother and sister- in-law, Freddie and Janie Frank; special niece Linda Lutrick, and long-time friends, Phil & Babs Mc-Coy all of Atlanta, Texas.
The family would like to thank Kristin Breshears and April Peacock of Heritage Hospice and the staff at Golden Villa for their dedication and care.
Visitation and will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00 am at Laws Chapel Methodist Church with a funeral service following at 11:00 am. Interment will be private and at a later date. Guest registry is available at www.hannerfuneralservice.com.
