Council meeting cancelled

The Queen City City Council meeting, scheduled for April 9 was not held due to lack of a quorum available to attend.

In lieu of the cancelled meeting, the city council will add the April 9 agenda items onto its May meeting agenda.

Those items include the consideration and discussion of adopting specified hours for the city park.

Also listed on the agenda the Queen City Police Department presentation of award.

The May council meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, May 14, at the QC City Hall.
