Mark Laredo “Tuche” Sertuche

Mark Laredo “Tuche” Sertuche, age 57, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at his residence. Mark was born March 15, 1968, in Yokem, Texas, to Natividad Sr, and Maria “Lupe” Sertuche. He was the owner of Sertuche and sons Fencing, and a member of Faith Mission Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren; fishing, playing pool, riding bulls and horses and working.

Mark was preceded in death by his daughter, Maria Sertuche; granddaughter, Aaliyah Sertuche; grandson, Legend Sertuche; brother, Pete Sertuche; niece, Hope Sertuche; and by his father, Natividad Sertuche Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Margie Sertuche of Atlanta, Texas; mother, Maria “Lupe” Sertuche of Atlanta, Texas; children, Michael Sertuche (Taddy), Devin Phillips (Tim), Mark Sertuche Jr. (Amanda), Christiana Chastun (Justin), Tequila Humphrey (John), Maria Nicole Hartley (Tevin), Desirae “Bill the bad ass baby” Sertuche (Charlie), Kasie Denise, Keke Renee, Lois Wimsatt; god children, Remington and Rebel Gardner; brothers, Jr. Sertuche (Marcella), Wally Sertuche (Marla), Johnny Sertuche, Simon Sertuche (Stephanie), Jeff Nolan; sisters, Martha Sertuche, Kristi Easley; grandchildren, L.J. “Peanut” Sertuche, Kamalita Gonzales, Amara Gonzales, Ryhett Sertuche, Lagacy Sertuche, Kansley Chastun, Justin Chastun, Jaxon Chastun, Ivey Chastun, John Humphrey Jr.; nephew, Isaiah Sertuche; and a number of other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation was Friday, January 23, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hanner Funeral Service.

Memorial services were at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 24, 2026, in the Hanner Funeral Chapel, with Carlos Sertuche officiating.
