Carolyn J. Allen Hayden of Dallas, formerly of Atlanta, Texas, passed away on Dec. 12, 2025.
Carolyn was born in Atlanta, Texas on Aug. 23, 1951, and was preceded in death by her dad Willie Allen, her husband Lenzy Hayden and Leroy Hayden III.
She is survived by her children, LaCadra Hayden, Brain Hayden and Dion Moss, bother, Ted Allen, sisters, LuVeil McGrigrt,EvieHillandBerthaAllen,and10 grandchildren. Her funeral will be on Saturday, Dec. 27 at Hendrix Temple C.O.G.I.C in Atlanta with Elder Ron Blackmon officiating.
Interment will be at Gum Spring Cemetery in Douglassville. Services are under Burton Funeral Home in Jefferson.
