Cass County Judge Travis Ransom took part in the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Change of Responsibility Ceremony on Dec. 13, at Fort Belvoir in Virginia.The responsibility was transferred from Command Sgt.Maj.Edward A.Bailey to Command Sgt.Maj.R.Travis Ransom.Pictured with Ransom is U.S.Congressman Nathaniel Moran who showed up to support the new Senior Enlisted Leader.
