Mums for Bulldogs

After a Queen City High School student expressed a desire to make a few Homecoming mums for students who wouldn’t receive one several weeks ago, the idea/project really took off.

Teachers across all three campuses donated money to purchase supplies and students in Mrs. Hollis’ art classes joined forces to make 36 mums which were divided up and distributed among JKH, MUMS and QCHS.

One teacher commented that she thought one of her Little Bulldogs was “going to do a cartwheel in class,” when she saw the mum in her mailbox on Friday morning. Working together to spread happiness and take care of each other is just one more thing that makes our Bulldogs special.
