A Day in Linden
Communities Unlimited (CU), in partnership with community leaders and the T.L.L. Temple Foundation, will host A Day in Linden on Friday, August 29, bringing together residents, partners, and organizations to celebrate community progress and plan for the future of Linden. The event is free and open to the public.
This event is designed for residents, business owners, and community partners who want to have a voice in shaping housing solutions and community growth in Linden. Attendees will take part in conversations, tours, and workshops that highlight opportunities for stronger neighborhoods, thriving small businesses, and long-term development.
The daylong event will spotlight housing, entrepreneurship, and community development through interactive activities, local tours, and workshops designed to strengthen connections and lay the foundation for growth.
Event Schedule - Community Partners Brunch 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. | Linden Public Library, 220 S. Main Street - Introduction of the Community Housing Taskforce Review of housing needs in Linden Entrepreneurship & Lending Workshop 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. | Linden Public Library - Learn how CU supports local small businesses with one-on-one consulting and access to capital.
