Leadership training opportunity

Cass County Judge Travis Ransom always says, “Cass County has a rich heritage and a bright future.”

With that he wrote recently that “he was extremely excited to provide a training opportunity for community leaders in Cass County at no cost. The target audience would be City Council Members, School Board Members, County Officials and Non-Profit Board Members throughout Cass County. If you or someone you know serves on a local board or foundation this training is for you. Please make plans to attend and share with any of your community minded partners.”

The Red River Leadership Institute’s completely free 2-day intensive leadership development program will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on August 27-28, at Music City Texas in Linden.

This highly interactive training covers essential leadership competencies including building workplace community, leading through change, fostering high-performance cultures, and developing team-building skills appropriate for all levels of leadership.
