Kelisia Cooper, 6, is the daughter of Chasidy Kelly. She attends J.K. Hileman Elementary School. Kelisia enjoys reading, singing, and dancing and her dream is to be a firefighter. She is sponsored by Shirley Washington and Charlie Richardson and will be escorted by Kingston Hubbard.
