Burglary,intent leads to arrest

On April 7, 2025, an incident that occurred at the Thomas Street Apartments led to the arrest of Jacorey Birmingham, a resident of Linden. Officers arrived promptly and secured the area. The suspect had fled on foot before officers’ arrival but was quickly located and detained.

The weapon used in the disturbance was also found and secured.

Following an investigation by the Linden Police Department, Birmingham was charged with unlawful restraint, deadly conduct, and burglary of a habitation with intent to commit other felonies.
