CCA competes in Hughes Springs

The CCA Middle School track team traveled down the road to the Hughes Springs Colt Relays held at Mustang Stadium on Mar. 17 Payton Woods placed third in the eighth-grade ladies’ shot put and the rest of the Champions track team continues to gain valuable experience. Team members in addition to Payton Woods include Zeke Hill, Eli Hill, Aiden Manley, Elissa Perry and Annilese Perry.

The team wrapped up their 2025 track season on April 1, at the Texas Private Middle School State Championships held at The Brook Hill School in Bullard, Texas. Stay tuned for highlights from that meet as well.
