Johnson appointed to Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas board

Officially confirmed on Friday, December 13th, 2024, Miranda Johnson, Executive Director of the Atlanta City Development Corporation, has been appointed to the Economic Development Regional Seat on the Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas Board of Directors.
Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas represents nine counties and is one of 28 Local Workforce Development Boards across the state under the umbrella of the Texas Workforce Commission.
“I am thankful for the opportunity to be a voice and advocate for the employers and job seekers in Cass County and our region. I look forward to learning and participating on this Board,” says Johnson regarding her upcoming threeyear term.
The TWC Vision & Mission Statements are: 1) TWC and its Workforce Solutions partners will maximize the power of innovation and partnerships to boost superior business outcomes and realize a competitive advantage for all Texans in the global economy.
