AMS boys sweep Liberty-Eylau

The Atlanta Rabbit eighth grade boys used an 18-point fourth quarter to outlast the home team Leopards 44-36.

Hardy Sheppard led the way for the victors with seventeen points and clutch free throws down the stretch. Aiden Shields added twelve, and Ayden Washington seven for the Rabbits.

7A

The seventh grade Rabbs also utilized a huge fourth quarter outscoring the home team 19-5 in the final stanza. J’Kyron Anderson ripped the nets for sixteen points, as Atlanta prevailed 36-19. Marquez Anderson added seven and Zae Smith six for the winners.

B

Both B games went the Rabbits way as well. 8B won 29-9 with Jaxon Durmon and Riley Sutton scoring six each. Cole Hanner and Jayden Crenshaw added five apiece. 7B came out on top 12-4, as Gavin Conejo dropped nine points.

All teams are now 2-0 to start the season. The Rabbits host Queen City on Monday Dec. 2, with games beginning at 4:30 p.m.
