Ask

All we have to do is ask in faith believing, and he will do it, it’s that simple. We want to look for revelations, but God’s word is simple.

We don’t realize the depths of asking God for something.

We don’t realize how powerful it is to just ask, and believe him for it, and he will do it. It’s as simple as just asking. He’s a good, good Father.

Matthew 21:22; All things whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.

We ask knowing that God will do it, no matter how long it takes, because I’m his child and he loves me.

Matthew 7:7; Ask, and it shall be given you, seek, and you shall find, knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

The Lord has promised, and shall he not do it. But we have an adversary to deal with, that will try to bring doubt. And sometimes we find ourselves talking with the enemy, reasoning with him, before we realize that we need to cast him out of our thoughts.

1 John 5:14-15; This is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Such powerful words, but so simple! Just simply asking in faith!

St. John 14:13-14; Whatsoever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.

We’ve got to believe God and stand on his word.

Jesus said, if you, being evil, and your child asked you for a piece of bread, are you going to give him a serpent? No, you will give him what he needs, and what he asks for, So how much more does your Heavenly Father give to you what you ask of him?

Our Father wants us to be made whole, to be well, to trust him, and believe that he will work all things for our good.

Why can’t we have confidence in God in prayer? Why is it so hard to just believe his word?

St. John 15:7; If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you.

Saints, ask him, and keep asking him, and he will bring it to pass.

James 1:5-6; If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, and it shall be giveth him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering, for he that wavers is like a wave of the sea, driven with the wind and tossed.

Psalm 1:8; Ask of me, and I shall give you the heathen for thine inheritance.

Ask for what you need, God will not withhold any good thing from you.

We are the sheep of his fold, ask in faith believing for your life, for others, for your family, and see “won’t God do it!”
