Texas Ranger David Stewart spoke to the Atlanta Lions Club about the history of the Texas Rangers, the oldest law agency in the United States. And about his duties as a Ranger. The club also voted in a new member Wednesday,Amy Gunstanson, by coincidence her brother is a retired Texas Ranger.
