On Feb. 1, Linden-Kildare’s Lady Tigers’ powerlifting squad placed seventh out of 13 teams competing in the Maud Meet.
Alexis Benton finished first in her weight class with a total lift of 410 pounds, Karma Montoya Placed eighth in her weight class with a total lift of 580 pounds, Nili Patel placed sixth in her weight class with a total lift of 470 pounds, Ashlyn Lee placed fourth in her weight class with a total lift of 595 pounds, Cadi Belford placed third in her weight class with a total lift of 620 pounds and Karina Fuentes placed sixth in her weight class with a total lift of 445 pounds.
