Atlanta High School DECA students attend DECA Day

On Nov. 15, Atlanta High School DECA students attended DECA Day at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. Students were given the opportunity to tour the stadium and play a little football on the Cowboys’ field.

A panel of Legends Hospitality Executives who work at AT&T Stadium provided information regarding their backgrounds, expertise, and responsibilities. The panel included the Vice President of Tour and Event Sales, the Director of Tour Operations, a Ticket Sales Consultant, and the Stadium’s Executive Chef.

Among the panelists was Atlanta High School Alumnus, Mrs. Te’Neal Peacock Logan, who serves as the Stadium’s Finance Manager.

Mrs. Logan gave a fun shoutout to Atlanta and credited her beginnings to what she learned as a DECA member when her mother, Kathy Peacock, was the DECA Advisor in Atlanta.

Mrs. Logan was gracious to join our group after the panel discussion to answer questions, offer advice and provide words of encouragement for future DECA Career Development Conferences.
