Atlanta vs. Liberty-Eylau

Atlanta plays longtime rival Liberty-Eylau this Friday at home. The two teams have been battling one another since 1960. Only twice in the history of this rivalry has there been winning streaks.

The Rabbs won seven straight between 1995 and 2003 and the Leopards won five straight from 2007 to 2011. The series is knotted at 29-29 after the Leopards beat the Rabbs by two points last season.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.

Linden-Kildare vs. Union Grove

Linden-Kildare hosts Union Grove this week on a Thursday night. This will be the second meeting alltime between the two schools. Union Grove won last year’s battle 14-12, and the Tigers will be looking to avenge that loss this Thursday night. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.

Queen City vs. Clarksville

Queen City hosts Clarksville this Friday night and will have Homecoming festivities before the game.

The two teams have played each other ten times since 1988 with QC holding a 7-3 edge in the series. Going back to 1991 the Bulldogs have won seven straight. The two teams met last year for the first time since 2000; a 44-7 Bulldog shellacking of the Tigers. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m.
