On Saturday, Jan. 21, the MUMS Math and Science Teams

On Saturday, Jan. 21, the MUMS Math and Science Teams met at Atlanta Middle School for a TMSCA Meet. MUMS was the OVERALL first PLACE TEAM at the meet. Twenty-one medals were won by students placing in the top 5 of their events.

Number Sense - first place team, General Math - first place team, Science first place team and Calculator - fourth place team.

Cael Stephens - sixth place number sense (in the sixth-grade division) Stella Johnson - 10th place calculator (in the sixth-grade division) Lillian Restelle - fifth place science (in the sixth-grade division)

TJ Rose - second place number sense, second place general math, and first place science TJ Easley - fourth place number sense, fifth place general math Braxton Jones - eighth place number sense, eighth place general math Zaryah Jackson - fifth place calculator, second science
