Three people wanted by Atlanta PD

Atlanta PD issued three press releases of individuals who are wanted for different crimes: Jack Kory Laird, Bobby Joel Caraway Jr., and Courtney Damon Blair. The three individuals have not been prosecuted and are innocent until proven guilty.

Atlanta Police are trying to locate a man in connection to an active arrest warrant for the felony offense of sexual assault, according to reports.

Jack Kory Laird, 44, was last known to be in the area of Sunbury Drive in Texarkana, Arkansas.

“Efforts in checking his last known addresses have proven to be less than fruitful,” police said.

Laird is said to be 6’ feet tall, about 250 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Bobby Joel Caraway Jr., 56 was the owner/operator of Hopkins Memorials in Atlanta for several years, according to local police.

“APD started receiving complaints from citizens that they had paid Mr. Caraway for services through his company, but the work was never completed,” Police said. “The citizens reported that they had been trying to stay in touch with Mr. Caraway to check on the status of their headstones or engraving, but Mr. Caraway has not returned their calls.”

ADP said they have an active arrest warrant for Caraway for felony theft, as well as multiple active misdemeanor warrants.

Officials said police have already spoken with multiple complainants.

“We suspect that there are several more that have not contacted us,” police stated. “If you have been victimized by Mr. Caraway’s business practices, please contact the Atlanta Police Department (at) 903-796-7973 and speak with an officer.”

Those with information on Caraway’s location are also asked to contact Atlanta Police or their local police department.

… Atlanta, Texas Police Department is looking for a gang member with ties to Dallas, Texas for criminal trespass and felony sexual assault, according to a news release.

Courtney Damon Blair, 38, also goes by aliases such as ‘Triple D’, ‘Courtney Blain’, and ‘Courtney Demond Blair. Blair is 5’6”, about 200 lbs, with brown eyes, black hair, and multiple tattoos.

His last known address was in the 300 block of West Main Street in Atlanta.

“Courtney Blair is a known criminal street gang member and has ties to the Dallas area,” APD officials stated.
