Amity Study Club holds fundraiser

The General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) Amity Study Club had fun fundraising for the Friends of the Library.

Amity Study Club members invited family and friends to their Christmas Bunco fundraising party. The Amity Study Club raised $640 for the benefit of the Friends of the Library.

A check for $640 was presented to Jean Estep, President of Friends of the Library at their monthly meeting on Jan. 3, by Amity Club President Judy Cook and Vice Present Donna Bird.

The Amity Study Club was established in 1960. The club is dedicated to improving the lives of people in our community through donations, volunteering, and scholarships.
