Cass County Genealogical Society Work Day

On Thursday, Nov. 17, all C.C.G.S. Members and any non-member volunteers are invited to help make the Genealogy/Family History Section of the Atlanta Public Library a more user-friendly and informative section for your genealogical and historical research.

The work day will start at 10:00 a.m. and probably end around 1:00 or 2:00 p.m.

The work will involve the sorting, and organizing some of the treasures we received from the abended archives when the Cypress Basin Genealogical Society of Mt. Pleasant closed its doors, and helping any visitors with their queries and when we are done we will all go get some lunch.

Please come and help make this section of the library a better and more convenient place.
